About Us

We use sport to teach life.

At Serve Consulting, we believe that soccer is more than just a game, it’s a powerful tool for teaching confidence, character, and clarity. We help mission-driven organizations turn sport into structured, scalable programs that prepare young people for life, career, and financial success.

Whether you’re a school, foundation, youth program, or former athlete building a foundation, we’re here to bring your vision to life with strategy, structure, and support.

Our Mission

We use sport as a vehicle to teach life, helping young people build confidence, clarity, and real-world readiness. Our mission is to ensure that every young person, regardless of background, has access to personal development, career preparation, and financial literacy through experiences that are relatable, intentional, and built to last.

Our Approach

We combine athlete experience with operational strategy to create programs that are relatable and results-driven. Amobi leads with story and presence. Adrian leads with systems and execution. Together, we deliver experiences that inspire growth and scale with impact.
