Aim High is our signature personal, career, and financial development experience for youth. It uses sport as an entry point to explore identity, purpose, and real-world readiness—helping young people build the mindset and tools they need to grow with intention.
Built from lived experience and delivered through workshops, storytelling, and custom card decks, Aim High is designed to connect, challenge, and empower.
PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT
We help students reflect on their values, strengths, and purpose, so they can better understand who they are and what drives them beyond sports.
